מרכז שזר – משלחת למוראביה

בתאריכים 19–23 באוקטובר הקדשנו שבוע אינטנסיבי ובעל משמעות עמוקה לחקר המורשת היהודית העשירה של מוראביה.
קבוצתנו – חוקרים, מחנכים, מדריכים ואנשי תרבות – התכנסה כדי להתמקד באזור שבו חיי הקהילה היהודית once פרחו ובהמשך הידרדרו לאובדן כבד.

המסע הזה סימן את השלב הראשון במשימתו ארוכת־הטווח של מרכז שזר:
להחזיר את המורשת היהודית במוראביה לתודעת הציבור, להגדיל את מספר המבקרים, ולתמוך בשימור האתרים ההיסטוריים היהודיים ברחבי האזור.

Shazar Center Mission to Moravia

From October 19 to 23, we dedicated an intensive and meaningful week to exploring Moravia’s rich Jewish heritage.
Our group: scholars, educators, guides, and cultural professionals, came together to focus on a region whose Jewish life once flourished and later suffered deep loss.

This journey marked the first phase of the Shazar Center’s long-term mission:
to renew public awareness, increase visitors, and support the preservation of Jewish historical sites across Moravia.
